The Marion County Public Health Department’s Advancing Health Literacy Program is a federally funded grant project surveying COVID-19 Vaccine trends and health literacy in Marion County.

This community health assessment provides important insight to public health officials, researchers, and others striving to improve the health and well-being of Marion County residents. As a Marion County Public Health Department’s Health Literacy Survey partner, your organization will earn money for collecting survey responses.*

Survey partners earn

  • $500 for every 100 responses
  • Maximum $1,500 payout per partner organization

*This survey is being conducted as a part of the Office of Minority Health Advancing Health Literacy grant program. TechServ Corporation is conducting this survey and paying out all earned stipends on behalf of the Marion County Public Health Department

Want Your Organization to Participate?

Here’s What You Need to Do.

Follow the steps below to register your organization as a Marion County Public Health Department Survey Partner.

Step One

Complete a short contract outlining the program and partnership.

This agreement allows the MCPHD Health Literacy Survey and its hosting organization, Techserv, to recognizes your organization as a named parter.

Step Two

Receive your organization’s unique survey link and QR code.

Once registered, use the customizable media kit to promote survey participation throughout your organization. You will also be sent a customized flyer including your organization’s logo and unique survey QR code.

Step Three

Promote your organization’s survey link.

Once registered, each participating organization will have a unique survey organization page.

These pages will display your organization’s survey progress, unique survey access link, and act as a landing page for you to direct survey respondents to.

Encourage participation by using the custom marketing kit provided to you to share your organization’s unique survey link and QR Code with Marion County Residents.

Make sure to promote the survey on multiple communication channels to ensure maximum audience impact.

Step Four

Receive a payout.

Once your organization reaches their submission goal or the survey closes, receive a payout from the Marion County Public Health Department project fund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Marion County residents 18 years of age and older may participate.

All surveys are confidential. The survey does not ask for personal information, including name or contact information.

Each survey partner is expected to contribute 300 survey responses.

Each organization can track their number of submissions on their organization survey page.

Each organization will receive a custom marketing kit upon registration, which includes flyers, email and social media templates.

This templates can be used to market your organization’s unique survey code across multiple platforms and ensure your organization is reaching as many respondents as possible.

Promote survey participation at group meetings or other gatherings and provide your unique survey QR code for on-the-spot participation.

To maximize your organization’s responses, encourage your members, clients, congregations, and employees to share your organization’s unique link with Marion County friends and family.

 

Your organization will be provided with a unique QR code that participants can scan to be taken directly to your custom survey.

The customized code provides data specific to your organization and participant group.

To scan the code, open a cell phone camera or QR code scanner app and click on the link that pops up.

A completed W-9 for your organization will be needed prior to payout.

Be sure this is provided upon request for timely payout.
