The Marion County Public Health Department’s Advancing Health Literacy Program is a federally funded grant project surveying COVID-19 Vaccine trends and health literacy in Marion County.

Project Goals

This community health assessment provided important insight to public health officials, researchers, and others striving to improve the health and well-being of Marion County residents.

Completion of this survey worked to ensure residents of Marion County were heard and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

Marion County residents 18 years of age and older may participate.

All surveys are confidential. The survey does not ask for personal information, including name or contact information.

Each survey partner is expected to contribute 300 survey responses.

Each organization can track their number of submissions on their organization survey page.

Each organization will receive a custom marketing kit upon registration, which includes flyers, email and social media templates.

This templates can be used to market your organization’s unique survey code across multiple platforms and ensure your organization is reaching as many respondents as possible.

Promote survey participation at group meetings or other gatherings and provide your unique survey QR code for on-the-spot participation.

To maximize your organization’s responses, encourage your members, clients, congregations, and employees to share your organization’s unique link with Marion County friends and family.

 

Your organization will be provided with a unique QR code that participants can scan to be taken directly to your custom survey.

The customized code provides data specific to your organization and participant group.

To scan the code, open a cell phone camera or QR code scanner app and click on the link that pops up.

A completed W-9 for your organization will be needed prior to payout.
